Cocktail Countdown - A New Year's Eve Celebration at Hook Hall

There is so much to celebrate! Come out to Hook Hall and get into the holiday spirits all night long at Cocktail Countdown.

Open bars featuring beer, wine, and premium liquor will keep the drinks flowing. Before you hit the dance floor grab your celebratory gear and check out our DJ. Sip your favorite drink, don some NYE schwag, and get ready for the ball to drop and the confetti to rain down as we get ready for 2024.

Come as you are or get festive - we want you to party with us as we welcome in 2024 at Hook Hall. All guests will enjoy a champagne toast at midnight. Join us to celebrate the end of 2023 and to welcome in an awesome 2024 with us

What should I wear to ring in 2024?

Dress to please yourself! Come as you are or get festive! Canadian tuxedos are encouraged. Attendees are encouraged to break out their cocktail attire or favorite pair of blue jeans. Your call. All are welcome!

Are there age or ID requirements to enter the event? Can children accompany a parent?

All attendees must be over 21 to attend. Children will not be permitted in the event. You need to provide a government issued photo ID card verifying your age to receive admittance into the event.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Our recommendation is to take the Green line to the Georgia Ave/Petworth station. The event is located 3 blocks from the metro station. We highly encourage all attendees to take a car share or taxi service.

Street parking is limited around Hook Hall. Please allow yourself extra time if you plan to park on the streets. Please read signage carefully and observe parking restrictions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need to either bring your printed ticket or you will need to pull up your ticket on your phone.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

Dogs are not permitted into the venue. Service animals are always welcome.

Can I bring my baby/toddler/child?

Cocktail Countdown is a 21+ event. Children are not permitted into the venue.

What is your entry/exit policy?

The event has a no re-entry policy. Please make sure to bring everything you need with you into the event.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is permitted at the event in designated areas.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds issued for the event.
